From November 2022 to January 2025, I worked as Communications Officer at Protection International (PI), leading digital communications across social media, web, publications and multimedia content. I translated complex human rights and protection issues into accessible communications for international audiences, while coordinating multilingual publications, campaigns and online events.
During this period, I also led PI’s internal rebranding process, coordinating consultations across the organisation and managing the external designer and videography agency responsible for producing the final visual and multimedia assets. Following the launch of the new identity in June 2024, I oversaw its implementation across PI’s communications.
My digital communications work contributed to a 35% increase in website visitors and a 4.58% increase in social media engagement. I also coordinated the multilingual publication and dissemination of PI’s Global Strategy Framework 2024–2028, which generated more than 1,000 downloads in 2024.
New Visual Identity
Selected communications materials I created using PI’s new visual identity, which I helped lead from internal consultation through to rollout.
Previous Visual Identity
Earlier communications materials created for different campaigns, publications and institutional needs under PI’s previous visual identity.
