Synopsis
Zenaida is a mother whose two sons were killed by the Venezuelan police. COLATERAL tells her story and reveals the collateral effects that extrajudicial killings leave on families and children. The documentary is accompanied by insights from a psychologist, a sociologist, a lawyer, and a human rights defender.
