¿Dónde están las personas filósofas en América Latina?
This collaborative investigation (published by Distintas Latitudes) revisits a regional question: where are philosophers in Latin America, and what role do they play in contemporary social and political debates?
Through essays, interviews, podcasts, and multimedia storytelling, the project explores how philosophy exists beyond academia — in activism, journalism, feminism, queer movements, digital culture, and collective resistance.
Developed by journalists from across the region, the investigation highlights philosophers, thinkers, and activists who connect reflection with everyday life and social transformation. It also challenges traditional, exclusionary ideas about who gets recognised as a philosopher in Latin America.
The project included two podcast episodes focused on the social role of philosophy and feminist perspectives in Latin American thought, combining research, interviews, sound design, and narrative experimentation.
I was part of the multinational team behind this investigation as a journalist and collaborator within the 7th generation of the Red LATAM of Young Journalists, contributing to this regional multimedia storytelling project.
